The Swain County Board of Education will have a special meeting on Friday, February 20, 2026, at 1:30 p.m., at Swain County Middle School, 135 Arlington Ave., Bryson City, NC 28713. The purpose of the special meeting is to receive a funding award from congressman Chuck Edwards.
