Swain County Schools

Swain County Schools would like to inform our community about a medical emergency involving a student that occurred on bus 112 at approximately 3:45 PM today. Emergency services and law enforcement were immediately contacted, and a parent of the affected student was notified. The bus resumed its route at 4:05 PM, and all other students are safe. We appreciate your understanding and support. As always, we are grateful for the professionalism of our bus drivers and the full support of local emergency officials.
