Swain County Schools has officially released its state testing calendar for elementary, middle, and high school students for the 2026–2027 academic school year. The district aims to provide families, students, and educators with early notice to help prepare for upcoming state assessments, including End-of-Grade (EOG), End-of-Course (EOC), Beginning-of-Grade (BOG), ACT, WorkKeys, and ACCESS testing.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to note these dates and ensure students arrive well-rested and on time during their designated testing windows.
