We are proud to announce that Tommy Dickens has earned a spot in the 2024 NC All State Honor Band!
To be eligible, Tommy had to audition for All District in WNC, this covers 16 counties, in which he placed 1st chair for clarinet. Only the top scorers are then eligible to audition at the state level. Tommy competed this past weekend at Atkins High School in Winston Salem with top scoring students from all across the state. Congratulations to Tommy on all of his hard work. We are so proud to have him representing Swain County!
