The PROMISE Health Careers Summer Camp 2020 dates have been set and the application finalized! You all are the FIRST group to receive the application!  Below is the poster for the FREE event, and the dates are June 21st through June 24th. The link below is to the google form/application. Please read the intro BEFORE you continue, as you cannot save your progressFeel free to reach out to me with any questions that you or your parents might have. I encourage everyone to APPLY EARLY, and make sure that ALL of the requirements are complete when submitting (incomplete applications are not reviewed). APPLICATION ARE DUE BY MARCH 6th.

Stem Camp - Rising Sophomores
United States Naval Academy - offers two different summer programs, Summer Seminar, designed for rising seniors interested in attending the academy and STEM Summer provides rising 9th-12th grade students to the opportunity to study at a premier engineering school, you do not have to want to attend the academy to find this program useful.  Applications open in January.

United States Military Academy - offers a week-long summer program for rising seniors interested in attending the US Military Academy.  Applications open in January. Summer Leadership

United States Coast Guard Academy - offers a week-long summer program for rising seniors interested in attending the US Coast Guard Academy.  Applications open in February. AIM Summer
NC Governor’s School: The Governor's School of North Carolina is a five and one-half week summer residential program for intellectually gifted high school students, integrating academic disciplines, the arts, and unique courses on each of two campuses. The curriculum focuses on the exploration of the most recent ideas and concepts in each discipline and does not involve credit, tests, or grades.  This program is for rising seniors and students, exception, rising juniors in the field of the performing arts.    NC Governor's School

Duke Tip: 

Registration for Fall Programs with Duke Tips starts October 1st.  Academic Adventures and e-Investigations programs fill up extremely fast!  Duke TIPs requires that students achieve at or above the 95th percentile to be eligible for these programs or  have a 120+ composite on an ability score such as CogAT.
