Application, Forms & Links

Afterschool registration opens at 7am on July 16, 2018.

If you are interested in registering your child for ANY after school program in Swain County Schools, the easiest way is through our online Google Forms registrations for your child’s after school program.

East Elementary After School online application

West Elementary After School online application

Swain Middle After School online application

Swain High After School online application

After you complete the online form, you will receive a confirmation email that lets you know that you have enrolled your student, that if you are within the number of spaces assigned, your child will be registered, and if not, assigned to a waitlist.

We are working VERY HARD to try and make sure that ALL families who need afterschool care can have it free of cost. (That is not easy with limited resources, so please remember that Swain County Schools NEEDS YOUR SUPPORT, and that support can come in lots of ways: volunteering when you have time, word of mouth about program quality, making sure your student attends afterschool regularly, advocating for your tax dollars to support public education, and more.)

By registering your student and digitally signing the application, you have indicated that you are aware of handbooks, copies of required information and regulations that are available online, but are also available to you in paper form if you would like. (You may  request a paper application form from the after school assistant at your child’s school.)

Optionally, you may print out a paper copy of the afterschool application form here.
